Yes I went E3 for the 2 days , I have almost been playing only NASH so this are my opinions about him , I dont know yet if he is strong or weak
Basically he has a projectile turning fireball , Heavy version travel the slowest , slower startup but fast recovery (Similiar to poison) ,
His flash kicks ( qcb K ) moves seem only for combo purpose so far , Ex version has no or little invisibility but is able to work as anti air sometimes depending on distance and timing.
Crouch Hp , Stand Mk , Back Mk and forward Hp are all anti air for different distance. However None of them works properly , easily stuff out by certain normals unless very well spaced. Super works as anti air even from half screen with very low hurtbox but has no invisibility too.
His super is projectile invincible and starts up really quick , maybe 5-8 frames, you can cancel most of his special moves to combo into it , great use of the super and good damage too.
Mp , Hp and EX Dp works as an overhead ( where he launch forward pressing his opponent to the ground) , starts up pretty slow and only EX version is faster and comboable. All of them passes through fireball at certain range too.
Forward MK , forward HP and forward HK looks exactly like guile in SF4 but seems to be slower.
He has at about 5-6 target combos (2 hits and 3 hits) , 3 hit target combos are not cancellable to special moves while 2 hits target combo yes, but not all. He has a target combo that goes into overhead on the second hit but slow. Target combo can link into another target combo too example LK + MK then LP+ MP .
Light attacks from NASH doesn't link into any Medium attacks at all. However you may special cancel light attacks to some special moves to combo example EX FLASH KICK.
He has 3 different V TRIGGER , It basically A V skill teleport behind opponent , behind upwards and be use for combos , mixup or escape. I tried doing wakeup V TRIGGER to escape but it doesn't work most of the time and I got hit , so it takes a little startup time.
His defence is weak as he has basically 0 invincible moves , he is also the only one character now among the 6 that's don't have custom V TRIGGER, he only have vergil teleport lol
Fireball cancel into V trigger is very easy to react over time. It's not as fast , throwing a fireball and V TRIGGER when the sonic boom is near opponent would be a more useful usage.
He has some link for good damage from MP MK HP , example stand MP to Back MK into special moves or super.
His overhead forward MP range is short and doesn't recover fast. For light attacks , Stand LK seems to have the most frame advantage on link to link off to 3 hit target combos
EX sonic boom is done the same way as OMEGA guile but shoots only 2 projectile.
Down MK and sweep range is good but not cancellable to special moves. Jump MK is best for crossups.
His jaquar kick seems really amazing , + on block as well. On hit can only link to jab attacks , seems more for irritating opponent. Problem is its not as fast.
Summarise
Spacing or offensive character with no good reversal and proper anti air , attacking will be easier as his dash pretty good with jaquar kick and sonic boom to continue the pressuring. Deals good damage!
