GGPO这几天一进去就显示这，我以为更新版本了，但发现最新的还是RC3，高手看看什么问题
Welcome to the GGPO Unstable Test server. We are currently testing build 28.3 which you apparently already have.
There are a lot of things to test in build 28, so we're going to go game by game. Here's a list of the changes:
o Upgraded to Final Burn Alpha v 0.2.96.74
o Added 0746's 1-frame lag fix for CPS2 games.
o New client features (timestamps, utf-8 support, etc)
o New server implementation to reduce lag.
o Some lag fixes in the net code itself.
Please try out whichever room is open right now. More rooms will open soon.
