Question about 百鬼剛刃(gouken, akuma)?

After I blocked opponent 's 百鬼剛刃, which side can move first? which side got the disadvantage frame?

Is 百鬼剛斬飛び道具無敵 ?

thanks, is it a bug that my opponent seems transparent to my fireball in the air with a normal 百鬼剛斬............

May I ask some more question?

blocking opponent's jump light attack (no matter which characters) is a 5/5 situation?

blocking opponent's jump medium/heavy attack is my side disadvantage?

跳入中攻击下来，肯定是跳入方有利，可以做到连防御吧（true blocking string[weisuomao_50]可能拼错了。。）连防御中防守方无法做出任何动作。
跳入轻攻击，一般都是跳入方有利的。　但是连防御会相当难做到。。

it not a bug. Coz normal 百鬼剛斬's HIX BOX is higher than fireball. So he hit u 1st.

IF your opponent JL attack at the high point(head) which is 5/5. IF at low point (under shoulder) your opponent still advantage. JL ATTACK IS SAME EFFECT AS JM ATTACK. JH ATTACK IS 100% advantage.
But if u use JL attack to big somatotype such as 老桑。 Even the hit box is at low point the effect could be 5/5.
