感觉比较有用的是两个地方，求证一下，1 使用全屏模式 2 关闭windows DWM服务（这个关法:开始->计算机，右键，选择“管理”，找到“服务和应用程序->服务->Desktop Window Manager Session Manager” 点击关闭）

First and foremost:
-Window mode is busted, you need to play in fullscreen or else it doesn't update the graphic frames correctly with the packets sent and recieved (evidence obtained using wireshark and filter expressions), causing you to send and recieve the same packets over and over, thus you see the resulting issues with frame delay, crashes, lag, stutter, disconnects, and overall annoying online gameplay(evidence obtained through multiple computers on different networks, being tested with similar results, all with different hardware).
